Cece Meeker offers one-on-one hair services for men and women. She has 30 years experience as a master stylist, a Goldwell colorist and cosmetology instructor. She is  licensed in Ohio, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico where she has owned salons and has had the privilege of mentoring young stylists entering the profession.  Her forte is color, cuts, face waxing and face rejuvenating.  She is a Brazilian Blowout technician, and offers keratin based hair extensions.
